High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)

Have you ever wondered why High Blood Pressure (HBP) is nicknamed ‘The Silent Killer’? You can guess right. It is one health condition that shows no signs that it is going to give a person major complications or take a persons life.

Many people all over the world, especially in the USA, UK and Canada, including young men and women have had serious health complications and problems, including heart attack, stroke and many sudden deaths from HBP. Sadly, it is one condition that many people have very little or no knowledge of. Because it has no real signs and symptoms, we easily forget about it and get on with our lives, until it is too late.
